Help Your Neighbors: Support GVCS
Glade Valley Community Services, Inc. provides area residents with a wonderful and easy way to help our friends and neighbors. Donations of time, energy, food, clothing, and funds all go to help so many of in our community.
As many of us prepare for the holiday season and the end of the year, giving to our community can be a very significant part of the season.
GVCS current needs:
Contributions are Welcome:
You may designate your donation for a specific program or allow GVCS to use it where it is most needed.

Food Bank:
Donations of food, especially cereal, canned fruit, canned peas, baked beans, canned pasta, toilet tissue;
Clean usable plastic shopping bags;
Food Drive sponsors/coordinators for fall and winter.
Volunteers for a variety of jobs are always welcome.

Thrift Shop:
Fall and winter clothing, especially children’s clothing: drop in GVCS clothing boxes;
Plastic hangars;
Children’s books;

Newsletter:
Use of copy machine with high quality printing to print approximately 530 copies of the GVCS newsletter in January/February. GVCS supplies paper and manpower.
Sponsors to underwrite cost of printing and postage; mark your donations for newsletter.
